CICEM2012
provides a global intellectual platform for top notch academics,
practitioners, and industry professionals to actively
interact and share their groundbreaking research achievements.
CICEM2012 is dedicated to promoting research and development and
offers an inter-disciplinary intellectual platform for leading scientists, researchers, academics and industry professionals for
discussing the wide range of issues that are raised by today's Computing and Engineering Technologies,
Authors are invited to submit papers that discuss theoretical, empirical or experimental aspects (case studies, tools)
on innovative computing and engineering technologies. Tutorials and workshops are solicited as well as panel proposals
dealing with these topics. All submissions will be double blind and will refereed by at least three members of the
Program Committee.

National Security Crisis Management Cyber Attacks and Terrorism
JOURNALS:
The authors of selected best papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers after the conference for possible journal publication.
All papers submitted to the conference will be automatically reviewed for publication in the
IJJ Journal (ijj.acm.org).
INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS:
Papers must be written in English. An electronic version (PDF, or MS Word format) of the full paper should be submitted using the following

Manuscript must include a 200-word abstract and no more than 10 pages of double column text (include figures and references).
